NPower Solutions is seeking an experienced Lead Installation Representative (LIR) to support the high-profile restart of Three Mile Island (now called Crane Clean Energy Center) in PA. Position Descriptions:

Position: Lead Installation Representative
Location: Crane Clean Energy Center (PA)
Start Date: August 31, 2026 through March 31, 2027

Essential Functions:
o Monitors and provide direction and oversight to task manager.
o Monitors and controls all aspects of installation costs.
o Assures installation activities are within engineering, quality, design, cost, schedule, and other project objectives.
o Support senior leadership project challenge meetings (such as the site Outage T-6 Meeting) and reviews of installation activities.
o Serves as the single point of accountability with respect to interfacing with senior leadership for installation issues.

Required Qualifications:
o BS Degree in Project Management or Construction
o 10+ Years of Experience in Operations, Maintenance or Projects

Preferred Qualifications:
o Strong Mechanical Experience
o Previous Constellation/Exelon Nuclear experience

Physical Demands:
This position requires working onsite in a nuclear plant environment. Candidates must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, wear required PPE, and perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
