Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Nuclear Electrical Design Engineer to support nuclear plant engineering projects involving digital upgrades, design modifications, and plant modernization initiatives. Engineer II, III, or Senior Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain nuclear Electrical Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems, including digital and analog control systems, controllers, and sensors.
Support plant modification projects, engineering evaluations, and implementation of digital upgrades. Prepare engineering calculations, design packages, technical evaluations, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, regulatory requirements, and engineering procedures
Performs engineering design, modifications, economic and analytical support to prepare engineering programs, evaluate resource alternatives and various business arrangements and/or provide price and/or load consumption analysis for one or more of the following disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical for the development of a long-range system plans to ensure the most economic transmission system for the Company and to anticipate and satisfy customer needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical Engineering
Nuclear Experience.
NISP IP-ENG-001 Standard Design Process (SDP) and NISP-EN-04 Standard Digital Engineering Process.
