Perform various complex Probabilistic Safety Analysis (PSA) tasks requiring specialized skills and broad experience in the areas of probabilistic risk assessment methods, consequence and hazard analysis, defense-in-depth, use of available Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) standards and regulatory guidance, and other related PSA activities.

This position will provide independent engineering expertise and technical support for advanced nuclear energy projects and Energy Northwest facilities. This role supports Owner’s Engineer activities, design reviews, site licensing efforts, construction oversight, and progressive design-build projects involving advanced reactor technologies. The Engineer serves as a technical resource for complex engineering challenges, regulatory compliance, and project execution activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
