NPower Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Maintenance Project Manager to lead and drive a key site project through Spring 2027 for the high-profile restart of Three Mile Island (now called Crane Clean Energy Center (PA). Overview:
We are looking for someone with a strong nuclear maintenance background who has successfully managed projects within a Reactor Building or other radioactive plant areas. This individual must be able to take ownership of a project, coordinate across multiple site organizations, resolve issues, and drive work through execution and completion.

Scope of Work:
- Lead assigned maintenance/project activities from planning through execution and closeout
- Drive project schedules, milestones, priorities, and deliverables
- Support the planning and execution of work within Reactor Building and radioactive areas
- Identify and resolve issues that could impact project schedule or execution
- Provide clear and timely project status updates to site leadership
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with site procedures, nuclear standards, and safety expectations

Required Qualifications:
- Previous nuclear Project Manager, Maintenance Manager or comparable maintenance leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading projects through completion
- Experience coordinating multiple site organizations to execute complex work
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous successful project experience within a Reactor Building and/or radioactive areas of a commercial nuclear facility
- Experience leading projects at a Constellation nuclear facility
- Familiarity with Crane Clean Energy Center / former Three Mile Island processes and site expectations

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to work in a commercial nuclear power plant environment, including work within radiologically controlled areas as required. Candidates must be able to walk throughout the site, climb stairs, access plant areas, and meet applicable site access, fitness-for-duty, radiation protection, and safety requirements.
