Thomas Thor currently has contract openings in the pacific northwest for Mechanical / Valve Planners with experience with Passport and / or Primavera P6.

What this role offers:

Location: Richland, WA

Full-Time | Onsite | 6-Month Contract, with possible extension based on performance/job needs

Schedule:4 x 10's (Monday-Thursday); 6 x 12's during outages

Salary Range: $50 - $80 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare work instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance and plant modifications performed by in-house and contract maintenance crews

* Conduct field walkdowns to scope maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities and improve work package quality

* Define the procedures, drawings, equipment, and materials required for each package, and select or recommend materials for procurement

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of commercial nuclear power plant experience

* Experience with Passport and Primavera

* Experience preparing weld records

* Working knowledge of work package preparation, clearance orders, and radiological work permit processes at a commercial nuclear plant
