- Contributes to the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Company’s Conduct of Operations programs, providing overarching direction and guidance to facility organizations to enhance or improve operations.
- Liaises with functional area managers to transition Site programs, ensuring identification and alignment with SRMC objectives, regulatory requirements, procedures, training, and execution.
- Evaluates training and procedure content and processes to ensure conformance and effectiveness. Develops and implements training as warranted.
- Assists facilities with issue investigations and corrective action programs to prevent event reoccurrence and improve overall ConOps performance.
- Ensures operational requirements are appropriately identified and incorporated into the design, planning, and execution processes and procedures
- Acts as subject matter expert, point of contact, and representative both internally and externally for ConOps programs and activities.
- Leads and implements small to large sized, complex programs and improvement initiatives
- Serves as technical subject matter expert on Operations programs, policies, procedures, Project s and/or practices
- Interprets and communicates site, company and/or departmental procedures or protocols
