ProSidian seeks a Exempt Full Stack Web Developer II - Information Technology (IT109) as part of our Engagement Team Cadre located at Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina suporting Environmental Management Sector Information Technology Functions aligned with NAICS: 874-7 Technical General Support Services - Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services supporting a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRMC]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy. Work roles are Senior Consultant and related to the Web Developer II Information Technology Functional Area necessary to fulfill the work requirements of RFP000307354R Full Stack Web Developer II or III at a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRMC]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy.

This as a Labor Hour Subcontract or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Seeking candidates with the following Education/Experience/Qualifications:

▪ Education:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience
▪ Associate's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field with a minimum of 5-7 years' experience
▪ High School Diploma with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience
▪ Meet ONE education/experience pathway: (1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field plus at least 3–5 years of relevant experience; (2) Associate’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field plus at least 5–7 years of relevant experience; OR (3) high school diploma plus at least 7–9 years of relevant experience. Additionally, the position specifies at least 3–5 years of hands-on full-stack development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL data manipulation, and secure coding. Demonstrated success in all SDLC phases is required. Experience ranges are transcribed as provided; exact minimum within each range should be confirmed with the hiring authority.

Candidate Skills Required

▪ Required technical: C#; ASP.NET MVC; JavaScript; HTML; CSS; SQL query/data manipulation; secure coding practices; full-stack application development; Agile development; user stories and storyboard development; application integration/interfaces; developer-level testing; SDLC documentation; production deployment/turnover support; SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) report development. Required professional: effective oral and written communication; teamwork in a matrixed environment; stakeholder engagement. Preferred, not mandatory: jQuery and Internet Information Services (IIS).
▪ Experience/Skills: Demonstrated experience and success in all phases of the software development lifecycle including user stories and story board development, application development, test plan development, testing, production turnover and documentation. Candidate must be a full stack developer with at least 3-5 years experience using:
