Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Multi-Site Project Management: Oversee diesel generator installation activities across multiple NRG locations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within established budgets.
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, including equipment deliveries, contractor mobilization, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Project Reporting: Provide weekly progress reports to NRG management, identifying completed milestones, upcoming activities, schedule impacts, and outstanding issues.
Contractor Oversight: Coordinate contractors, equipment suppliers, and site personnel to ensure installation activities meet project requirements.
Site Management: Monitor construction progress across multiple locations, conducting site visits as necessary to verify work status and resolve issues.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential delays, resource constraints, and project risks, and develop corrective action plans.
Management Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, schedule changes, and escalated issues.
Project Closeout: Coordinate equipment testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and final project documentation.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of project management experience in power generation, industrial construction, electrical infrastructure, or related industries.
Experience managing multiple projects or construction sites simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contractor coordination, and construction execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and management reporting skills.
Ability to travel between project locations as required.
