Senior Structural Analyst (Remote) - 4 Openings

Pay Rate: $75-$95/hr

System One is seeking experienced Senior Structural Analysts to support the design and analysis of next-generation nuclear reactor systems.

Required Qualifications:

BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Nuclear, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering
8+ years of structural/mechanical analysis experience
Expert-level Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience using ANSYS
Strong knowledge of stress, thermal, seismic, fatigue, and fracture mechanics analysis
Experience with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code requirements
Nuclear industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Perform structural and mechanical analyses of reactor vessels, internal components, and nuclear structures
Evaluate thermal, seismic, fatigue, and pressure-related performance
Support design optimization and engineering decision-making
Develop and maintain technical analysis documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Provide technical leadership and mentoring

Preferred Skills:

ANSYS Workbench and APDL
SolidWorks, SpaceClaim, DesignModeler
Mathcad, Python, MATLAB, or VBA
Knowledge of ASME Section III, Section VIII, ASCE 4, and ASCE 43
