work will be completed on-site in Afghanistan; varying locations - Bagram, Kandahar, Kabul
3+ years as a Service Desk Technician, Tier 1,2 and 3 level of support. Good oral and written communication skills, willingness to learn, customer service orientated, Attention to detail, Good team interaction and also ability to work alone at a remote site if required. Excellent Customer Service skills and trouble call tracking applications.
Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Office suite, NIPR/SIPR/CXI, Remedy, Remote Desktop, Security Certificates
Must have Security + and MCSA Windows 7 Computing Environment Certifications or higher level certs
Currently Possess Secret Clearance
