Job Responsibilities

•Uses job specific expertise to contribute to the objectives of the organization

•Works on highly complex problems which require analysis and evaluation

•Independently makes decisions and is responsible for the outcome

•Considers a wide range of alternatives before choosing the best way to accomplish and objective

•Responsible for actions, decision and results

•Develops goals and objectives based on customer need

•Works to find professional resolutions for conflicts

•Seeks expertise, advise, and perspectives from a variety of sources internally and externally

•Fundamental understanding of cost management and corporate accounting reports

•Manages monthly reviews from the disciplines and progress reviews

•Manages the work of others in relation to meeting organizational objectives

•Individual tasks will include performance management, budget development and approval of new policy and processes

•Provides consultation to others on how to accomplish goals through other departments, organizational systems, and culture

•Demonstrates customer focus in all actions and through development of departmental strategy

•Responsible for complex tasks, where considerable judgement and regularly exercises independent judgement and makes recommendations

•Plans individual work to accomplish objectives

•Continuously improves efficiency and performance

•Manage scope, cost, budget, and schedule changes

•Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
