Oversee/manage process for scope, cost, and schedule changes
Enforce management of change as it relates to discipline budgets
•Ensure disciplines monitor and issue updates to bulk material quantities to help track and forecast overall contract cost
•Oversee/manage monthly reviews performed by the lead Project Engineers
•Accomplish objectives through managing a team of skilled team members
•Full responsibility for achieving team objectives and managing team performance
•Develop and administer complex budgets and schedules
•Manages the work of others in relation to meeting organizational objectives
•Communicates mission, objectives and safety philosophy to build a strategic vision in overseeing the work of others
•Demonstrates customer focus in all actions an through development of departmental strategy
•Role model of professional communication, relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
•Integrate client decisions to project team
•Full understanding of cost management and corporate accounting reports
•Perform risk management to minimize project risks
•Create comprehensive project documentation
•Minimum 8+ years of Project Engineer/Manager experience related to pipeline and/or valve automation projects on transmission pipelines
•Ability to navigate the internal organizational procedures and can interpret policies/procedures
•Ability to communicate mission, objectives and safety philosophy in decision making and supervising the work of others
•Experience in managing a team/assigning work to team members
•Time management and organizational skills a must
•Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office
•Degree in engineering Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA, Professional Engineer license or graduate business training is highly desirable.
