Construction Manager multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree and three (3) years heavy industrial experience (i.e., Coal/Gas Generation, Petro-Chemical, Paper, Mining, Steel, etc.), Associates degree and five (5) years’ experience.Experience in interpreting, evaluating and working with task, milestone and logic driven project schedules, generated in PRIMAVERA or other scheduling software. Ability to develop, use, and understand various project control techniques such as earned value, resource loading, document control, cost reporting and forecasting, and critical path scheduling. Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Working knowledge of Construction Standards, OSHA Standards and Environmental Regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, specifically in the field of construction utilizing union and non-union craft personnel. Computer skills consisting of word processing,spreadsheets, scheduling, presentations.
