Essential Responsibilities :
In the role of Field Operator II, you will:
•Gather tools and supplies to be used at worksite appropriate for job to be performed
•Load and transport spooling cable to and from job sites; unload and position appropriately
•Install bands upon installation
•Assist Field Service Technician and rig hands in the retrieval and installation of submersible equipment
•Assist in shop to prepare cable by searching, repairing, and accurately marking breaks in cable
•Perform routine preventive maintenance on Company vehicle and spooling trailer and maintains required logs completely and accurately to comply with DOT regulatory requirements
•Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
•Maintain cable inventory and splice material inventory
•Maintain all required safety and professional certifications
•Provide customer with written reports, does necessary paperwork for invoicing, equipment identification and tracking, inventory control, payroll and expense monitoring
•Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are made to Company Vehicle
•Maintain company vehicle with necessary tools and equipment to perform service jobs
•Comply with all EHS requirements
•High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
•Minimum 6 months of experience in oilfield services
•Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
•Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
•Able to obtain a commercial driver license within 60 days of hire date
