Experience/Qualifications Required
Basic level field service work experience as a mobile mechanic
Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
Valid Driver's license
MVR should not have any infractions
US Citizen
Must pass background checks
Must pass drug testing

Skill Level A

Level I Technician plus:

Ability to carry out basic diagnostics using Company's diagnostic tools on different product types with minimal supervision

Able to fully use all required Company's service tools

Familiar with basic warranty/policy terms

Capable of developing collaborative working relationships Able to identify opportunities for work process improvements

Can resolve common technical problems

Skill Level A plus:

Ability to carry out full diagnostics using Company's diagnostic tools on different product types without supervision

In depth mechanical repair and maintenance capability to carry out external engine repairs including fuel system components without supervision

Ability to develop and maintain productive customer relationships and educating customers on operations and maintenance of products

Ability to identify and up sell further service and repair opportunities

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma/GED or relevant experience

Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

Locally valid driving license

All drivers operating a company vehicle must be at least 21 years old; if the truck is a commercial motor vehicle per FMCSA regulation, the driver is required to hold or able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).
