Job Summary
Experienced Lead level field Cost Engineering role. Will work on field assignments to support gas compressor station project in Blythe, CA. Tasked with competently performing all aspects of cost analysis and field project assignments, including cost reporting and forecasting, earned value progress measurement, quantity management, change management, risk identification and mitigation, and other cost-related functions. May provide guidance to less experienced project controls personnel. Leads or participates in delivering baseline cost deliverables. Generates monthly / quarterly reports. Validates installation scope with field management and updates field progress measurement tools. Leads or participates in change management initiatives and reporting. Leads field workhour and cost forecast updates.

• Ability to provide risk and opportunity analysis input.
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Experience with EcoSys, IBM Cognos TM1, SAP

Job Location:
Job is based in Blythe, California. The selected candidate will be eligible for per-diem. Candidate must be willing to travel to Los Angeles occasionally for meeting.
Minimum Qualifications
Four-year Bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
May involve fieldwork. Sitting, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, seeing, writing, reaching, climbing, kneeling, stooping, crouching, walking and standing for extended periods of time.
