[Scheduler] Principal Project Scheduler (Ash Management) - 12+ Months - North Carolina

Job-Specific Description:
The Site Schedulers are responsible for incorporating the implementation details into the schedule (once implementation contracts are awarded), integrating with any other site work activities that either impacts or is impacted by the new project, and for defining the implementation baseline dates.
The Site Scheduler will maintain and update all field implementation work.
These updates may be obtained from the vendor schedule submittals, manual updates provided by on-site / responsible vendor representatives, or direct communication with the GM/PD/PM assigned to monitor and control the work.
Development of site integrated schedule:
Work with Project Teams for Emergent, Strategic, Ash Management, and Demolition
Projects as required to integrate all Ash Management work into an integrated schedule:
Work with contract vendors to integrate schedules for projects.
Maintenance of site integrated schedule
Work with Project Teams for Emergent, Strategic, Ash Management, and Demolition
Projects as required to update all Ash Management work in the integrated schedule:
Work with contract vendors to get and verify updated schedules for projects.
Support development of recovery plans as necessary with project team Work with Project Teams for Emergent, Strategic, Ash Management, and Demolition
Projects as required to update all Ash Management work in the integrated schedule:
Work with contract vendors to get and verify updated schedules for projects.
Support development of project changes as necessary with project team Establish baseline schedules as required to support project.
Review Project Change Requests for impact to schedule.
Support project scheduling required for Funding submittals.
Support project reporting (Project Status Reports, etc.) as necessary with project team.
Schedule adherence reporting.
Quantity reporting.
Schedule variance analysis.
Contact for Reporting group during development of standard tools being utilized by Projects.
Daily Project Managers Report input.

Standard Job Description:
This is the expert level of the Project Controls classification hierarchy. Workers at this level lead the development of the reporting systems for project controls assignments.
They perform complex aspects of individual project estimating, scheduling, change documentation and cost control while reporting up to program or portfolio level as well as trains and teaches other members of PC organization with minimal oversight and wide latitude for unreviewed work.
They are also expected to have advanced skills and have the ability to work independently.
This position typically is assigned to projects classified as Brown or "Black" per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix which typically range from $100M to greater than $500M with a high level of complexity.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from a four-year college or university - business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of project controls experience.
Minimum of 11 years of project controls experience in lieu of a degree. Expert in project controls principles.
Expertise, Mastery with project management, project controls concepts, computer applications, analytics; employee development; strong collaborative team member; oversight.
