Responsible for the development of work scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements. Direct, control, monitor and assist team members in the completion of their work. Responsible for developing contracts and contract revisions for contractors, consultants and vendors. Coordinate input from and participation with organizations as needed to meet project objectives. Represent a single focal point for all technical, economic, political and regulatory activities for the assigned project.

Areas of Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of work scope, budget, schedule and resources for Pipeline Projects.
Prepare and/or design construction estimates for conceptual analyses, budgeting or cash flow requirements
Develop and obtain approval of design parameters that establish performance, safety and reliability requirements for proposed projects
Responsible for short notice / emergency type system projects
Update mapping products, pipeline schematics and technical emergency/project material-procurement and disposition
Provide support for public hearings
Assists departmental personnel in completion of their planning work
Assists with the documentation reconciliation of job packages
Filing and organizing project files into Shared Drive/SharePoint
Coordinate submittals and approvals of Permits, Environmental, Engineering reviews
Review and interpret Engineering drawings
Assist with RFP process
Work with Project Managers to generate pigging procedures
Take critical meeting notes and subsequent action items
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities

Must have strong written and oral communications, business practices knowledge, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading-edge technology
Must be able to prepare and review project budget and schedule
Ability to read and understand blueprints, land development plans and engineering designs
Must demonstrate solid project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple small to large projects
Must be willing to travel within the territory
Strong computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Access
Requirements
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
4 years related and/or project management experience or equivalent training and experience
