DESCRIPTION
Develop, support and execution of RFP, RFIs and RFQs related to outsourcing activities; change orders; as well as purchase orders for non-sourcing activities. Develop pricing models for outsourcing change impacts.

Areas of Responsibilities

Conduct regular quarterly reviews with vendors. Oversee contract compliance and administration for all vendors
Coordinate centralized contractual issues and change orders with assigned Edison representative (new work-centralized)
Manage escalations on matters of vendor performance statistics, issues, or concerns, and resolve, as appropriate. Manage vendor invoices to ensure accuracy for services provided and adherence to service level agreements and other terms and conditions. Ensure timely payment of vendors including incentives and remedies
Develop and manage budget for outsourcing vendors. Conduct regular quarterly business reviews with vendors
Oversee contract compliance and administration for all vendors. Coordinate centralized contractual/procurement issues and change orders with assigned Edison representative
Broad knowledge of project, program, or contract management; Company policies, procedures, and practices; accounting and budgeting policies and practices
Analyze and evaluate contract terms and commercial proposals
Prepare documentation for internal reviews and act as contractual point of contact with our customers
Prepare and submit proposals to customers
Conduct commercial negotiations and incorporate results into existing contracts
Pursue and conclude any past due commercial claims with the customer
Communicate, coordinate, and monitor requirements and performance of out of scope work with program management, finance, procurement, engineering, quality and the Director of Contracts as required
Direct the work of Contract Administrators and other respective administrative staff

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or a combination of experience, education and training. Broad knowledge of project, program, or contract management; Company policies, procedures, and practices; accounting and budgeting policies and practices.
Typically possesses three to five years of experience in program, or contract management. Estimate costs, recurring and non-recurring.
