DESCRIPTION
A part-time Time Payroll and Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting the Engineering, Construction Inspection, Billing, Payroll, Safety, Marketing and HR groups. Working under general supervision, this position requires a detail-oriented individual with ability to accurately provide administrative support. This role is currently 50/50 remote with the option to work from home and in our downtown Los Angeles office.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities

Provide support to Administrative Specialist, Vice President of Construction Services, Billing, Payroll, Safety, Marketing and HR teams fourthree days a week. One weekend day required.
Weekly time entry and correction of 60+ time sheets from our Construction Inspection team, verifying correct hours and project coding information. and eEntering time in Deltek Vision software using appropriate labor codes.
Assist Billing team in verifying the accuracy of time, labor codes and project information by communicating directly with Inspectors, Chief Inspectors and client representatives to clarify time keeping questions.
Employee onboarding and offboarding duties as required.
Order personal protective equipment (PPE), business cards, and other marketing materials for new Inspectors as they are onboarded.
Maintain weekly Inspector tracking Excel spreadsheet with contact information, status of PPE and other items as needed.
Maintain various spreadsheets as requested.
High volume phone interaction with Construction Inspection team and Vice President of Construction Services.
Utilize Microsoft Teams to track time sheet information and communicate with Administrative Specialist.
Update Payroll and Employee SharePoint sites for Southern California.
Provide Administrative Specialist and Marketing team support with shipments of E2 marketing materials to field teams.
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Required Skills

Ability to bring assignments to completion independently
Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize multiple shifting responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Clear written and oral communication
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails daily
Must be willing to commute to E2ís Los Angeles office up to two days a week.Ability to drive and vehicle as needed for reporting to office
Preferred Skills

Proficiency with Deltek Vision or other timekeeping software
Prior timekeeping experience and understanding of labor codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
2-3 years of prior administrative experience
