Overview

E2 is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Coordinator will provide the overall management of contractor issued workorders through construction and close out.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee the workorders issued to contractors.
Issues IFC packages to contractors for execution
Manages contractors progress and drives deadlines for client deliverables such as coordinates timely RFI responses, customer contact issues, vegetation requests, ROW issues, permitting issues, FCO changes, material issues, and constructability issues.
Monitors and rates contractor performance
Manage contractor workload tracking and reports possible delays.
Receives and reviews prelim as-built.
Issues prelim as-built to client for review
Manages punch list items for contractors
Receives and reviews final as-built.
Issues final as-built to client for workorder close out and record keeping.
Requirements
Qualifications

Education and Experience

Associates Degree in Business Administration with 5 years of experience in electric utility document, controls, and coordination.
Experience using Procore, SharePoint and Smart Sheet is required.
Skills and Abilities

Exceptional organizational skill and ability to work independently as a self-motivated team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills with willingness to use phone, email and other methods to most effectively engage audiences
Ability to write clear and concise status/progress reports excellent communication skills
Principles and practices of supervision, training, and personnel management.
Safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work projects.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead.
Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines.
Able to present complex ideas and/or problems in a simple and organized way.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence peers/management.
