[Business Manager] Program Coordination Lead

E2 is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Coordination Lead will provide the overall management of Program Coordination between inspections, design, construction and close out. Leads a team of specialists to accomplish all tasks below during the program life cycle. Works with Project Manager of Flight Pperations and inspections to ensure all preflight protocols have been cleared prior to flight package issuing, works with Engineering and Design Manager to ensure all communication and tracking is up to date to keep design workflow fluid.

Core Responsibilities

Set up necessary permissions, workflows, correspondence, etc in Procore.
Track contracts/jobs.
Set up forms and workflow for correspondence.
Facilitate and review all correspondence with correct parties through Procore.
Distribute responses, and close when needed.
Facilitate any Procore correspondence if issues arise during process.
Facilitate correspondence in Procore with any design questions or issues. This includes any permits, environmental issues, constructability review.
Program Coordinator to set up project info, permissions, workflows, etc to get ready to send out to contractor.
Facilitate any correspondence on schedules, RFI’s, issues, etc from contractor before construction begins. Sends any correspondence to engineering, QAQC, client, etc. and reports back to contractor.
Provide continuous support throughout jobs on any Procore related issues.
Ensure schedule matches compliance timeline and is accurate.
Track Procore observations from contractor.
Track schedules of all upcoming and active jobs to create reports and ensure compliance.
Facilitate any correspondence with contractor and/or client on any job issues.
Facilitate weekly meetings and meeting minutes with contractor and client on active jobs. Follows up on actions items, issues, and/or risk.
Ensure schedule was accurate, observations are up to date, any lingering issues are closed.
Track performance of jobs by contractor.
Review as-builts, create workflow, and send to client.
Facilitate any correspondence or issues about as-builts.
Facilitate correspondence on punch list.
Review as-builts, create workflow, and send to client.
Ensure job is properly closed in Procore.
Ensures compliance and guidelines were met throughout job and for record.



Associates Degree in Business Administration with 5 years of experience in electric utility document, controls, and coordination.

Experience using Procore, SharePoint and Smart Sheet is required.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead.

Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence peers/management.
