This position is 100% travel and on-site; remote work is not permitted. OT and PD eligible.

Position Summary

The Scheduler will work at the assigned project site and provide planning and scheduling support to the project leadership and team. The Scheduler will work with project leadership to provide guidance on one or multiple construction disciplines. They will serve as a member of the project team and assist in the overall execution of the project. This position will report to the Project Controls Manager. Additionally, the Scheduler will provide pre-planning, estimating, and other project management support from the corporate office between project assignments. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

Essential Functions Statement(s):

· Ensure that the P6 schedule is the project schedule created by the project team for the project team.

· Managing and updating a schedule with assigned resources, ensuring balanced resource allocation, generating manpower curves and histograms, analyzing critical paths, resolving scheduling conflicts, and actively monitoring and addressing schedule delays, impacts, and deviations from the baseline.

· Analyze, trend and communicate schedule and progress information to project personnel through useful graphs and summary reports.

· Coordinating with Field Engineering, superintendents to identify schedule activities and logical sequence of installation; develop and maintain a resource loaded schedule.

· Perform critical path analysis, resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.

· Monitor the schedule for delays, impacts and variances to the baseline.

· Operate in accordance with the site-specific Project Controls Plan.

· Provide input to the weekly and monthly project reports in accordance with the project calendar.

· Attend and provide input to weekly meetings, organize and manage scheduling meetings.

· Attend Client meetings as necessary, taking the lead on schedule matters.

· Assist in the preparation of requisitions to ensure materials are received on site in a timely manner to meet install dates in the schedule.

· Perform walk downs to monitor progress of work packages.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

· 5 years of experience in scheduling/planning roles on direct hire construction projects

· Proficient in project scheduling software/tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and techniques.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

· Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and dependencies.

· Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

· Professional certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus.

Work Schedule: 40+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
