Location: Midwest 
Project:  The project consists of 133 GE 1.5 and 1.6 wind turbines. The repower project will replace certain components (blades, hubs, and select other equipment depending on turbine configuration) on all 133 units. 

Job Title: Construction Manager

The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of construction projects to ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards. The incumbent will work closely with project stakeholders, contractors, and the Project Manager to achieve Client's work site HSSE performance expectations. Key responsibilities and qualifications for this role include

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee Contract Monitors, QA/QC Technicians, Landowner Liaison, and other on-site Owner representatives.
Act as the owner's representative for the entire site project team.
Ensure implementation and adherence to Client's HSSE managed system and program.
Foster collaborative relationships with the Project Manager, Contractor, and project stakeholders to meet HSSE performance expectations.
Act as a leader in HSSE matters, cultivating a culture of contractor compliance with Client's HSSE expectations.
Provide real-time site management, monitoring, and detailed progress tracking.
Generate detailed project reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Monitor all on-site project activities, including civil work, delivery, erection, retrofitting, etc.
Assess and manage HSSE situations swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in construction management and HSSE leadership.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage projects, budgets, and schedules.
Proficiency in project management software.
Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
Familiarity with GE Repower Supply Agreement (RSA) is advantageous.
Adaptability to changing project demands and priorities.
