Title: Site Contracts Manager

R and R: Once per month for a long weekend

Scope:
Main Responsibilities:
Role begins as a remote position and transitions to site as needed; occasional travel required for project support.
Coordination and administration of all commercial issues at site with Customers, consortium partner(s), and subcontractors.
Gathering and tracking information and documentation to protect client's rights under the Contract and Consortium Agreements, and to prepare for any risk or claim mitigation involving site issues.
Communicate to the Project Manager (PM), Site Installation Manager (SIM) , Project Contract Manager (PCM) all issues at site which may have commercial or contractual risk impact to the project.
