Manage / support technical resolution of design related issues found on the issues list.
• Steam Header Pressure Control / Stability
• Method(s) to protect VJ piping (currently considered engineered equipment)
• Others as applied to the issues list.
• Ensure the issues list reflect issues as they arise and are communicated timely to project management.
Manage / support resolution of risks on risk register
• 33 individual risks currently on the register. Approximately 12 considered high priority risks to mitigate.
• Ensure communication with owners. Ensure owners make positive progress in resolution of risks. Communicate progress / threats to progress with project management.
• Add additional risks to the list as they are identified.
Manage / support positive progress in the development of commissioning plans
• Identify gaps in training for site ownership of cryogenic facilities and develop plans to close gaps.
• Ensure site team working with UIG are able to get plans in place in time to support project schedule.
• Ensure plant personnel working with UIG and Project team develop quality related plans in time to support project schedule.
Support early design engineering activities for phase 4
• Aid in communicating and planning preliminary design engineering activities.
o Hydro excavation of West pipe bridge and rack extension
o Construction and testing of test pile for O2 tank.
• Ensure Purchase requisitions are written, and PO revisions are up to date.
Support phase 3 TIC estimate
• Ensure BRIS updates quantities as model is developed.
• Start estimating activities in time to maintain project schedule.
Support preliminary PHA / hazard assessment
• Scheduled for July 8th. Ensure design updated to incorporate findings.
Assist in using and maintaining processes for RFI and change management

Support Phase 4 Detailed engineering efforts with presence in the Engineering Contractors office.
• Ensure all Phase 4 (Detailed Engineering) engineering deliverables are tracking per the scheduled.
Provide technical Support for onsite construction during Phase 5

Timing:
• Currently in Phase 3 (FEL3) – Expect full bunding 11/13/24. 60% ramping up to 100%
• Phase 4 Detailed Engineering thru Commissioning and Start up 12-11-24 to 08 -10-26 100%
