** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Communication Desk Assistant to fill a seven- month assignment in the Naperville, IL area.

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.

Rates: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
This position will be part- time, in-person in our Naperville office three days a week (flexibility on which days, with option to occasionally work remotely).
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Forms, Teams and SharePoint
Proficiency creating and editing simple, yet readable and attractive single PPT slides and PPT presentations
Familiar with AP Style and/or experience proofreading
Writing experience (for employee messages) a plus
Familiarity/experience with Korbyt and Firstup a plus
Ideal candidate is detail oriented and a confident multi-tasker who is not afraid to ask questions
Work independently to complete a job
Responsibilities:
Experience and/or willingness to manage a large volume of administrative tasks
Reviewing and labeling photos and managing photo repositories
Organizing and managing a room of logo items available to loan or giveaway (signage and step and repeats on loan and also giveaway items like mugs, umbrellas, etc.)
Filing documents into Teams folders for archival purposes
Event support - booking rooms, catering, room setup, etc.
