About the Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented I&E Planner to join our growing maintenance team in the Port Arthur/Beaumont region.



This position is critical to the effective execution of electrical and instrumentation maintenance and project work in a dynamic industrial environment.


The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing detailed job plans, collaborating with maintenance and operations personnel, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and best practices.



This is not a remote position.



Applicants must live in or near the Port Arthur/Beaumont, TX area and be familiar with the operational expectations of local industrial facilities such as refineries, chemical plants, or manufacturing operations.



Key Responsibilities:


Planning & Scheduling

Create detailed, executable job plans for electrical and instrumentation maintenance and projects.



Prepare short-term and long-term schedules that align with plant priorities and production demands.



Ensure all plans are optimized for labor, tools, materials, and equipment availability.
