We are partnering up with a Civil Construction Contractor who is hiring an experienced Safety professional to support a 3-month night shift project they have onsite a Dominion Power Plant in Chester, VA where they are doing Ash Pond removal.

Night Shift Role onsite Dominion Ash Pond Closure Project in Chester, VA
Duration: 3+ months
Competitive Pay
Per Diem: $130/day x’s 7 days + GSA mileage for initial mobilization & demobilization (if applicable) upon successful completion of assignment
Start Date: September 15, 2025
Hours: 6-7, 12s (60-70 hours a week). Will be paid competitive hourly rate + time and half on any hours over 40.

Position Details:
Client is contracted directly Dominion to close a 70+ acre ash pond. This candidate will be responsible for performing safety inspections, audits, and reports on site. They will be given a laptop and onsite vehicle to travel throughout the facility. Candidate will be reporting directly to the director of safety to report on audits and daily activity.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of safety experience and an active OSHA 500, CHST or CSP or completed Bachelor's Degree in Safety
Ideally has previous experience utility scale solar experience or experience working on Dominion Energy projects as a Safety professional.
