Overview:
A Project Coordinator with 10 to 15 years of experience plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within a utility company.

Rates: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Local candidates preferred
US Citizenship Required.
Per diem is available if you qualify.
This position requires in-depth knowledge of project management and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution
Candidates considered should be local.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
Experience:
7+ years of experience in project coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Provides day to day support to project managers and supervision to ensure their assigned projects are properly set up, assigned, and tracked appropriately throughout their lifecycle.
Possesses a strong working knowledge of work management systems to help coordinate engineering and construction activities.
Has daily interaction with field, engineering, operations, and/or support personnel.
Plays an active role in project analysis, project workflow, and the preparation of deliverables to achieve defined objectives.
Utilizes data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements.
Supports the project team on project administration and process improvements
Facilitate effective project meetings (project kickoff, status, progress review, etc.)
Skill Sets & Expertise:
Expertise in advanced project coordination methodologies, including risk management and quality control.
Proven ability to lead project coordination teams, develop and implement project coordination strategies, and mentor junior coordinators.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, project managers, and regulatory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
