Job Description
** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant 3 (IT) to fill a three-year assignment in the Birmingham, AL area.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant 3 (IT)
Work Location: Birmingham, AL
This is an on-site position, working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rates: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Must be Local.
US Citizen required.
Requirements:
5-10 Years Experience
The ability to learn tasks quickly
Attention to detail
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
A proactive problem-solving approach is required
Strong decision-making abilities
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals, including managers, managing directors, and partners
Fielding telephone calls
Receiving and directing visitors
Filing
Scanning
Copying
Placing meal orders
Strong calendar management
Make travel arrangements
Use various software including word processing spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Reading, analyzing, and proofing documents, emails, presentations, etc.
