Scope: 
Complete the Commissioning of Ozone System and Biolical Activated Carbon (BAC).
Ozone consist of Ozone Generator, Ozone Destruction Skid ( Thermal ), Contacting Tank, Water Cooler/Chiller and associated instrumentation and controls. 
BAC consists of 2 Towers, Carbon Media (already loaded), backwash pump, air scour and associated instrumentation. BAC is farily similar to an Multimedia Filter.
FSR should be able to perform Programming Changes ( Rockwell PLC and FTView ME ) as well as troubleshoot I/O and instrumentation ranges. 
Start/Stop equipment based on Control Narrative, Operating Description and Operating Sequence Chart. Work remotely with Engineering Team to complete any outstanding Punch List/Construction Items. Support Performance Test.
