System One is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor on a 12 month contract position located in Amarillo, TX.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:
Support base Capital Projects across multiple power plant sites.
Provide on-site oversight during project execution, particularly during spring and fall overhauls.
Act as the on-the-ground liaison when the project manager is not present, ensuring that construction activities align with project plans and safety protocols.
Manage multiple project simultaneously and coordinate with both internal plant personnel and external contractors.
Provide daily on-site supervision during project overhauls.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors and plant personnel.
Monitor construction activities including welding, scaffolding, painting and equipment installation.
Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially during critical lifts.
Compile weekly reports and track project documentation
Travel to multiple sites including Amarillo, Lubbock, Earth, and Hobbs.

Construction Supervisor Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in power generation or heavy industrial.
Mechanical or civil background preferred; familiarity with power plant components (boilers, turbines, condensers).
Experience with critical lifts and vendor oversight.
Ability to travel and work on-site 5-6 days per week.
