Project/Work Scope: Scheduling, Turnaround

Estimated Start Date: Start ASAP
Estimated Duration of Work Assignment: 12 weeks

Position Details:

Responsibilities include: Schedule development: Creating a comprehensive master schedule for all phases of the turnaround, from pre-shutdown and the actual shutdown to post-shutdown.

Coordination: Integrating and coordinating all project tasks to prevent delays caused by overlapping work or resource conflicts. For example, ensuring maintenance workers and engineers are not both working on the same machine at the same time, which could cause delays.

Resource management: Allocating and scheduling the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials.

Milestone Tracking: Defining key milestones, such as the start and completion of the shutdown, and monitoring progress against them

Desired Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 10+ year experience
• Primavera experience

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 - 60 lbs.
