Rates: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour

Contract position- temporary.

Develops maintenance and operation plans for mechanical systems, ensuring they align with regulatory and safety requirements. This role includes scheduling maintenance activities, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with engineering teams. This also applies to some electrical activities as well. (Preferred) Minimum Education: Degree in Maintenance Management, or related field. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in planning mechanical maintenance activities.

Work Location: Smyrna, GA

Estimated Duration of Job Assignment:

Estimated durations are 1 1/2 years.

Ability to climb ladders and work from heights
Familiar with operating, caring for, and storing custodial equipment and supplies
