•    Serve as the primary onsite electrical project manager, coordinating daily activities with plant operations, maintenance, engineering, safety, and external contractors.
•    Lead execution of major electrical projects, including the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) upgrade/rebuild, while supporting additional electrical scopes as plant needs dictate.
•    Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with approved plans.
•    Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with site safety requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.
•    Plan, coordinate, and support outage-related electrical work, including sequencing and schedule integration.
•    Identify and mitigate project risks, field issues, and constructability concerns.
•    Track project progress and provide regular status updates to plant leadership, including schedule, cost, and risk reporting.
•    Ensure all work complies with plant safety programs, environmental requirements, and company standards.

Job Requirements:
•    Strong electrical project management experience in power generation or heavy industrial environments.
•    Electrical engineering degree or equivalent electrical technical background.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and lead field execution in active, operating facilities.
•    Solid understanding of electrical systems common to coal-fired power plants, including medium- and high-voltage equipment, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, instrumentation, and controls.
•    Experience supporting or leading outage planning and execution.
•    Working knowledge of industrial safety practices and the ability to enforce site safety requirements.
•    Proficiency coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to resolve field issues and manage project changes.
•    Effective communication and documentation skills, including project reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Education / Experience:
•    Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background preferred.
•    7+ years of experience managing electrical projects at large power plants or similar industrial facilities.
•    Prior experience managing ESP upgrades, rebuilds, or major air-quality control system projects preferred.
•    Experience overseeing industrial construction projects in the $5M–$20M range preferred.
•    Electrical assessment experience is a plus but not required.
