💰 Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $65.00+/hr. DOE
Per Diem: $180.00 per day (paid 7 days)

Mobilization: $1,100.00 In / $1,100.00 Out

Schedule: 5 x 10's

Duration: 6/8 months

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Lead the commissioning of temporary power packages, specifically overseeing complex rig-ups and rig-downs in remote or industrial environments.

System Integration: Manage the startup and synchronization of microgrid components and mobile power units to ensure seamless grid or site integration.

Safety & Quality: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA/MSHA standards and project-specific Quality Control (QC) requirements, particularly regarding temporary high-voltage cabling and grounding.

Documentation: Maintain rigorous I/O logs, complete daily reports, verify material traceability, and sign off on system handovers for temporary installations.

📋 Requirements
Experience: 10+ years in the Power Industry, with a strong focus on mobile or temporary power solutions. Experience with oilfield power operations and microgrid technology is highly preferred.

Certifications: OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or BOSIET for offshore/oilfield environments

Tools: Proficient with power management systems (PMS), P6 scheduling, and specialized testing equipment for mobile generators and transformers.
