Job Title: Maintenance Manager

💰 Compensation & Logistics
Mobilization: Based on distance from project. Up to $1250.00 for in and out

Per Diem: Based on GSA rate over the duration of the project, per diem will vary from $275.00-$387.00

🛠️ Technical Execution & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C Supervisors, Planners, and Technicians; manage annual O&M budgets and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) plans.

Vendor Management: Manage Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with major OEMs (GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and oversee third-party contractors.

Asset Management: Oversee CMMS operations (Maximo, SAP, EMPAC); prioritize, plan, and close out work orders.

Reliability Engineering: Drive the transition to Proactive Maintenance using Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermography, and Motor Circuit Analysis.

Outage Management: Direct the planning and execution of major scheduled outages, including Hot Gas Path and Major Inspections.

Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on gas turbine blade path degradation, generator insulation, and high-energy piping code repairs.

Inventory Control: Optimize warehouse strategy by defining critical spares versus routine consumables.

🛡️ Safety, Quality & Documentation
Culture & Compliance: Champion "Safety-First" and "World-Class Reliability" cultures; ensure compliance with NERC/FERC and ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel codes.

Environmental: Ensure maintenance activities align with environmental permits and CEMS requirements.

Root Cause Analysis: Lead formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into equipment failures or forced outages.

EHS Enforcement: Enforce site safety policies including Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, and Hot Work permits.

Auditing: Conduct regular field observations and job safety audits.

Experience: Extensive experience in maintenance strategy, leadership, and budget management within a power or industrial environment.

Certifications: Not Specified (Implied knowledge of ASME, NERC, FERC).
