Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a highly dependable and self-motivated individual who enjoys helping customers and working in a team environment, to fill an onsite contract position as a Retail Customer Service Representative in Talladega, Alabama.

Rate of pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Local candidates preferred.
US Citizenship Required.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to processing customer payments, processing service order requests, handling customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, completing billing adjustments, issuing payment arrangements, active collections and assisting Customer Call Center with phone calls.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by Sarbanes Oxley.
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
