Mid-level PCS position. No supervision or supervisory experience required. Certification not required. No rotating shifts, no on-call, overtime not anticipated. Basic education requirements: Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Accounting, Economics, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Marketing or other related degree with three (3) years minimum of related work experience OR high school diploma/GED and five (5) years minimum of related work experience.

PROJECT PLANNING, STATUS, VARIANCES, INDICATOR/COMMITMENT TRACKING, AND CONTROL CHANGES FOR PROJECTS OR PROGRAMS. ASSISTS IN THE ANNUAL AND PROJECT LIFE CYCLE PLANNING PROCESS FOR TREND ANALYSIS, COST/SCHEDULE FORECASTS, CASH FLOWS, BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS AND PROJECT PRIORITIZATION.
