Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Project Scheduler with experience in natural gas infrastructure projects. This role requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and the ability to operate at a senior scheduler level—owning schedules end-to-end across complex, multi-phase projects.


Responsibilities

- Develop and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6

- Build schedules from scratch (WBS, logic ties, constraints, resource loading)

- Perform critical path analysis and identify risks/mitigation strategies

- Integrate contractor/subcontractor schedules into a master schedule

- Track progress, update schedules, and produce reports

- Support forecasting, earned value, and what-if analysis

- Identify delays and support schedule impact analysis


Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in natural gas, pipeline, or linear infrastructure projects

- Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency

- Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and ability to build/manage schedules independently

- Experience supporting complex construction or infrastructure projects

- Strong communication and coordination skills


Additional Details

- 1099 independent contractor role

- Travel requirements vary by project

- Competitive contract rates based on experience

- Pay Range: $80-$110 per hour
