Scope: 
The Project/Construction Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of capital projects from initiation through closeout.  This role ensures that all project objectives are achieved in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.  Projects will be managed and completed through a structured approach that emphasizes proactive planning, clear communication, disciplined execution, and adherence to site safety requirements and good engineering practices.
The Project/Construction Manager will maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, ensuring that challenges are addressed efficiently while maintaining project integrity.
