JOB DESCRIPTION
A Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience is responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.
They also modify business processes for use in other departments.
They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.
Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process.
If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
Liaise between various business departments and groups
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
Maintain documentation regarding various processes and operations
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to update processes and procedures
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
