NAES Staffing Services is looking for AUX Operators to work in Johnstown, PA on a 6- month contract position. This position pays $50/hr plus per diem ($178 daily) and looking for someone to start ASAP. Prior power plant experience is REQUIRED.

This is a combined cycle plant featuring GE 7HA.02 combustion turbines and GE D602 steam turbine system. 40hr work week plus call out / shift work, OT available

Summary
AUX Operators will operate, install, troubleshoot, repair, modify, overhaul, diagnose, test and maintain all power plant equipment and systems. Provide environmental and safety stewardship. Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and plant procedures. Keep all equipment in optimum operating condition.

Primary Duties
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all mechanical, I/C, and electrical equipment as required to support plant operations and maximize shareholder value.
• Use computerized maintenance management system to maintain and control work order system spare parts inventory.
• Assist in budget planning and control.
• Train and develop other employees in performing preventive maintenance and routine equipment service activities. Practice situational leadership, environmental and safety stewardship.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the O&M Manager or designee.
• All employees have the responsibility to both the customer and their co-workers to do the job right the first time and to ensure the customer’s needs are being met.
