System One is seeking (4) experienced FCAW / Fluxcore Welders for an emergency turnaround project at a Southern Power facility.

This is a rapid mobilization job with IMMEDIATE START � ideal for welders ready to roll Monday or Tuesday (April 6�7).

Alabama (Southern Power Facility)

💰 Pay & Perks
$32/hr + OT after 8 hours daily, OT all weekend hours (12 hour shifts)
$178/day Per Diem (GSA)
$500 Mobilization
$500 Demobilization
7 days/week, 12-hour shifts (7am�7pm)
🗓 Schedule
Start: April 6 or 7 (ASAP)
Duration: Through April 12 (1-week outage)
Potential for follow-on work (Maine + California projects coming next)
🔧 Scope of Work
Installation of HRSG penetration seals
Welding �� carbon steel rings to boiler casing
Process: .045 Dual Shield Fluxcore (FCAW)
Additional duties include:
Grinding & weld prep
Assisting with insulation materials and band clamp assemblies
