Job Overview
Job Title: Aero Maintenance Manager

Project Type: Aeroderivative Power Generation Facility

Duration: 8+ months

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts

💰 Compensation & Logistics
Mobilization: MOB Scale

Per Diem: $150/All days

🛠️ Technical Execution & Responsibilities
Asset Management: Lead the development and execution of asset management-based programs to maintain aeroderivative equipment per OEM and APS guidelines.

Maintenance Oversight: Supervise troubleshooting of plant process abnormalities and alarms using historical trends to resolve mechanical and operating conditions.

Technical Troubleshooting: Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to solve equipment problems and optimize functioning.

Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and clean equipment and components within the power generation facility.

Substation Knowledge: Apply understanding of basic protective relay equipment for transformers and substation equipment (SEL, ABB, GE, Siemens).

Grid Infrastructure: Manage transformation and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).

🛡️ Safety, Quality & Documentation
Safety Leadership: Oversees the issuance of safety work permits and the implementation of Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.

Environmental Health & Safety: Adhere to established EH&S standards to achieve an accident and injury-free work environment.

Documentation: Ensure the maintenance of electronic logbooks and technical reports detailing all tests, repairs, and maintenance.

Schematic Proficiency: Interpret complex Piping and Instrumentation Drawings (PIDs), wiring diagrams, and schematics to solve equipment problems.

Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders/steps, lift 70 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and perform elevated work.

📋 Requirements
Experience: Extensive work experience in operating and maintaining Power Generation Facilities; leadership experience managing employees, contractors, and vendors.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of aeroderivative gas turbine technology, auxiliary systems, and protective relay equipment.

Software: Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
