** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer to fill a contract assignment in Birmingham, Alabama.

Rates: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
Per diem is available if you qualify.
US Citizenship Required.
Job will be on site - at least 4 days in office with option of working one day remotely, if desired.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience preferred, at least a year of experience with relevant work required (Can include co-op or intern experience if it is relevant)
A plus if candidates can include a portfolio with relevant work
Education:
BS in software engineering, computer science, or related fields
Job responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web application software with a focus on performance and user experience
Collaborate well internally and effectively communicate with and learn from SME/field users
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure application quality and reliability
Interact with, modify, and create data sources
Assist in the deployment and monitoring of web applications in production environments
Implement and adhere to security best practices throughout the development of lifecycle Background and Experience
