Job Summary
As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment at our client sites. Leveraging your exceptional mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of complex systems, contributing to the success of our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar industrial maintenance role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Familiarity with welding, fabrication, and mechanical assembly techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
Working Conditions
This temporary Millwright position may involve work at various client sites, which could include industrial or manufacturing environments. The role may require standing, lifting, and other physical demands, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project needs.
Compensation and Benefits
$20-42 Depending on Experience & Scope of work. You'll be able to refuse projects without repercussion, as long as it is up front and honest.
