The Concrete Civil Foreman will oversee daily construction operations, manage a team, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Concrete Civil Foreman will work closely with the project manager and team members to ensure quality control, the proper use of materials, and adherence to construction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a construction crew, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Oversee various aspects of plant construction and maintenance work, including but not limited to, concrete demolition, rebar installation, form work Structural for and Flat work applications, anchor bolt layout and installation, concrete placement, concrete saw cutting. Manage and operate light to heavy motorized equipment and power tools.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks for crew members, ensuring proper resource allocation.
• Schedule and order materials to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Resolve conflicts on-site and foster a positive team dynamic.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients, both orally and in writing.
• Perform safety checks and enforce safety standards on-site.
• Completion of JSA’s, Toolbox Talks, Equipment Checklist, Truck and Tool Trailer Checklist and other associated internal documentation.

Required:
• 5 years of concrete experience with at least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Ability to understand elevations/grades and establish grade for crew
• Proficient in the operation of hand and power tools, as well as light to heavy motorized equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise team efforts and complete work within set timelines.
• Ability to manage material schedules and orders effectively.

Job at various sites. $28-$32/hr depending on experience. Per diem will be paid @125/day if applicable.
