Job Overview
Job Title: Aero Construction Superintendent

Project Type: Power Plant Construction / Mobile Gas Turbine Deployment

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Schedule: TBD - 6 x 12's

Compensation & Logistics
Mobilization: Standard table

Per Diem: $150.00

Technical Execution & Responsibilities
Construction Oversight: Lead the end-to-end construction and installation of power generation facilities.

Heavy Lift Management: Orchestrate and supervise heavy lifts of major equipment, including turbines, generators, and transformers.

Balance of Plant (BOP): Manage the construction of all balance of plant systems to ensure full facility integration.

Mobile Turbine Deployment: Direct the setup and commissioning of mobile gas turbine units, specifically focusing on Solar SMT technology.

Technical Guidance: Serve as the primary on-site lead for resolving complex construction and rigging challenges.

Safety, Quality & Documentation
Site Safety: Ensure all construction activities adhere to strict industrial safety standards and heavy rigging protocols.

Quality Control: Oversee workmanship to ensure all mechanical and electrical installations meet project specifications.

Project Coordination: Liaison between engineering, contractors, and client representatives to maintain project timelines.

Requirements
Experience: Must have prior power plant construction experience; proficient in heavy lifts and balance of plant construction.

Technical Specialty: Ideal candidate will have experience with Solar SMT 60 or SMT 130 mobile gas turbines.

Tools: Heavy rigging equipment, mobile turbine packages (SMT 60/130), and BOP systems.
